St Mary in the Marsh Solar Farm will help combat climate change and improve the UK’s energy security by generating clean, renewable energy. The solar farm would have an approximate capacity of 16MW. This is equivalent to meeting the annual electricity needs of approximately 10,600 average UK homes. This is the equivalent of saving approximately 5,900 tonnes of CO2 each year.
